Company Introduction

Established in early 1983, the company was initially know as Hup Fatt Engineering Works, specializing in maintenance and services of Engineering works in the Palm Oil and Cocoa Industries. Due to the increasing demands in fabrication and construction Palm Oil machinery, in the eighties, the business was expanded and the name of the company was changed to Hur Far Engineering Works Sdn. Bhd.

Hur Far Engineering Works Sdn. Bhd. was run like a family owned company and flourished under the leadership of Ng Ah Lek. A workshop covering an area of about 73,398 Sq. ft was set up and it was equipped with modern workshop machineries and equipment. The workshop was initially set up to cater mainly for the servicing of machinery and equipment and maintenance needs of the Palm Oil Mills. However due to the market demand, the workshop was expanded to cater for the fabrication and construction of machinery and equipment.
