DOUBLE DECK ROLLER CRUSHER MACHINE (Maximizing the recovery of fruits)

Machine Description
  • This machine is to loosen partially unstripped bunches after threshing. All empty bunches after thresher is fed into Roller Crusher which rejects only hard bunch.
  • About 10 – 12 % of the fruits attached to the unstripped bunch will detach.
  • The remaining fruitlets (80 – 90%) attached to the empty bunch after the roller crusher will be detached in the thresher.
  • Recovery rate
    Oil - 0.6% to FFB
    Kernel - 0.3 – 0.4% to FFB
  • Total maintenance cost : RM 0.03 /tonnes FFB processed
    (Top roller - for every 5,000 hrs = RM 0.019/FFB processed)
    (Second stage roller - for every 8,500 hrs = RM 0.011/FFB processed)
